Host(ess) Position:

As a Host(ess), you are the first impression of Perkins, greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests following Perkins' standards.
Handle guest payments and manage accurate cash transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and restrooms.
Support the serving team during peak times.
Use suggestive selling techniques to promote menu and bakery items.

What You Need:

A friendly, professional attitude.
Trustworthiness to handle guest payments and operate the cash register.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cold.

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.75 per hour
