What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team and take ownership of operations during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting, seating, and serving guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Leading and training team members to excel in their roles.
- Overseeing food quality and safety standards.
- Managing cash, credit transactions, and guest checks accurately.
- Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- A dependable and trustworthy individual ready to lead by example.
- Basic understanding of customer service and sanitation practices (training provided).
Physical Requirements
While this role involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting, we prioritize creating a comfortable work environment to support our team members’ success.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
