Lead Teams. Drive Results. Create Great Guest Experiences.

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager, Operations who knows how to lead through people, build strong restaurant teams, and deliver results across multiple locations.

In this highly visible field leadership role, you’ll oversee a portfolio of Perkins restaurants and partner directly with General Managers to drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, team development, and exceptional guest experiences. If you’re a hands-on multi-unit leader who enjoys coaching others, analyzing the business, and turning opportunities into results, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams across your assigned region.
  • Drive achievement of sales, profit, labor, food cost, productivity, and operational goals.
  • Build a strong leadership pipeline by identifying talent, developing managers, and creating bench strength for future opportunities.
  • Ensure restaurants consistently deliver an excellent guest experience while meeting Perkins standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
  • Review financial and operational performance, identify trends and opportunities, and develop action plans that improve results.
  • Ensure accurate management of payroll, cash, inventory, operating expenses, productivity, and restaurant assets.
  • Partner with General Managers to maintain appropriate staffing levels and ensure teams are properly trained and positioned for success.
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained through preventive maintenance, repairs, energy conservation, security, and safety practices.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly while communicating needs, risks, and solutions to leadership.
  • Conduct regular meetings and restaurant visits with General Managers to review performance, provide coaching, and maintain accountability.
  • Partner with corporate teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support restaurant and regional initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of fairness, respect, accountability, inclusion, and high performance.
What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience, with multi-unit leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop managers across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and P&L management.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate it into action.
  • Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region and provide hands-on operational support when needed.
Why Perkins?

This is more than a restaurant operations role—it’s an opportunity to lead leaders and influence the success of an entire region. You’ll have the opportunity to develop talent, improve restaurant performance, strengthen the guest experience, and make a measurable impact on the business.
